West Meadows is a 1,200 acre community with 1,400 homes located in New Tampa between Tampa Palms and Hunter’s Green. There are 5 main sections in West Meadows with 3 gated villages. West Meadows offers a wide variety of builders that include Beazer Homes, Centex, Morrison, Cardel, Southern Crafted and Mobley Homes.
